- Calculate DCF on any level such as Fund, Portfolio, Property, Unit, Lease
- Choose Account Sets (eg above or below NOI)
- Include or exclude certain accounts or account groups (eg CapEx, recoverable expenses reconciliation)
- Use external chartered surveyor values or benchmark the results against these values
