The focus is on global investments which are summarized in portfolios or SPVs. Their requirement is a solution for any asset , lease contract and unit type in any region and any currency. Acquisition and disposals are more or less based on the fund performance and IRR. They invest for their own or third party investors. They create fund products and therefore the need a strong quarterly report. The focus is also on regional legal aspects (IFRS, HGB, US-GAAP:, P&L, Balances and Liquidity), permanent positives cash flows (additional loan drawdowns) and controlling budgets and CAPEX. Additionally, they upload quarterly/half yearly ERVs and Valuations.
